Separate contractual documents shall prevail over these Terms only to the extent of any inconsistency.

Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply throughout these Terms:

Agreement
means these Website Terms & Conditions together with all documents expressly incorporated by reference.

Applicable Law
means all applicable federal, emirate, local, international, statutory, regulatory, administrative, judicial, and governmental laws, regulations, directives, rules, and legally binding requirements.

means any day on which commercial banks are open for business in the Emirate of Dubai, excluding officially declared public holidays.

means all food products, beverages, ingredients, agricultural commodities, packaging materials, FMCG products, and other goods supplied, sourced, imported, exported, distributed, marketed, or otherwise made available by the Company.

Services
means sourcing, procurement, consulting, logistics coordination, quality assurance support, documentation services, market intelligence, supply chain management, and any other commercial services provided by the Company.

Supplier
means any producer, grower, manufacturer, processor, exporter, importer, logistics provider, contractor, consultant, or commercial partner supplying goods or services to the Company.

User
means every individual or legal entity accessing, browsing, interacting with, or otherwise using the Website.

Website
means all websites, webpages, domains, subdomains, portals, customer portals, applications, digital platforms, downloadable content, APIs, mobile services, and all other online services operated by or on behalf of the Company under the Pure Roots brand.

Interpretation

Unless the context otherwise requires:

• words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa;
• references to persons include individuals, legal entities, partnerships, governmental bodies, and organisations;
• headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation;
• references to legislation include amendments, replacements, consolidations, and successor legislation; and
• expressions such as “including”, “includes”, and “such as” shall mean “including without limitation”.

Governing Language

These Terms have been drafted in the English language.

Translations may be provided solely for convenience.

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
